Like ive said many, many times, system resources has NOTHING to do with memory. System resources is the amount of available resources for applications, it is not equalt to the amount of ram you have. It's a windows 3.1 limitation that was left in win9x for backward compatibility. If you want a real operating system upgrade to windows 2000 or windows xp. Some of your old apps might not work, but then again which is more important, compatibility or stability?
