| I have read in forums that someone can keep Snippingtool launched (on the desktop) so that it is only ONE click away from snipping. On MY PC, snippingtool does NOT persist, so that 'advice' is inapplicable - unless I can be shown how to make snippingtool's desktop appearance 'permanent'. |
