So I installed a program and now I have no idea how to uninstall it. It is not in my control panel when I go to look for it.. It also is not in my program files anywhere.. I have a screen Shot of it though.. hmmm....since it's not installed under Program Files, I'm thinking that this is a self-running program. If you right click on the icon on the desktop and go to Properties, does it point to the program in the Downloads folder? If so, just delete the icon and the program in Downloads. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf MacBook Pro 15" (Intel i5 2.40GHz), Gateway 15.4" Laptop, Windows Vista Ultimate , Photoshop CS5

Based on what I'm seeing, you're running the 64bit version of Vista. There are two Program Files folders - one named C:\Program Files and the other C:\Program Filex (x86). This program is hiding under the second folder under 3GPConverter. In doing a quick search, there is an uninstaller utility located in the program folder. Go to Start/All Programs/OJOSoft/3GP Converter/Uninstall and follow the prompts. Also, did you know that there's a cool tool called the Snipping Tool (under Accessories as I recall) that will allow you to capture just a portion of the screen? ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf MacBook Pro 15" (Intel i5 2.40GHz), Gateway 15.4" Laptop, Windows Vista Ultimate , Photoshop CS5

There is no Uninstall for it, which is really annoying. ---------------------------------------------- Megan E Arlitz

Well...the only other suggestion I can make is to go into Windows Explorer and to the subfolder under Program Files (x86) for this application and see if there's an uninstaller there. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf MacBook Pro 15" (Intel i5 2.40GHz), Gateway 15.4" Laptop, Windows Vista Ultimate , Photoshop CS5

One option would be to run the installer again and see if it includes an uninstall feature. Some do. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf MacBook Pro 15" (Intel i5 2.40GHz), Gateway 15.4" Laptop, Windows Vista Ultimate , Photoshop CS5
