| I would like to know if there is any one can tell me how to correct my problem, I have Windows 2000, no install CD for it, on a Dell Latitude cpx Laptop, in which, it will go as far as to enter in the Password, and leaves me with a black screen, with out the task bar, or icons, and CD will not boot up from the Linux disk, can some one help me to correct the following problem(s); BTW, is there any place where i can download Windows 2000 NT, for free ? (1) for some reason, the white bar that the task bar rides on has moved up 2 inchs, and ever thing on top of the screen repetes below it, also, 2 inchs on the right of the screen is none viewable, making my screen size smaller.... I can live with this probllem, if needed to, in need to correct number 3 problem first... like to know how to correct this problem (2) I am have problems with my ["8" "i" "k" and "," ] keys, some times they work, and most of the time they dont.... | It actually sounds like the laptop, or at least the hard disk, is failing. If it won't even boot up from a Linux CD, then it actually sounds like a hardware issue.
