| i really need some help today i tried to turn my pc on and before i can even get to the login screen it restarts itself . ive tried to f8 it and nothing on it works whenever i try something on it the system restarts it self ive also tried to remove battery and that didnt work removed it for an hour. i installed a file the day before but id shut it down and turned it back on 3 hours later and it was working fine. i think the file is preventing the pc from turning on. it wont even work in safe mode it just restarts itself plz help im writing this on my friends comp. if u got any idea how to fix it plz help. |

| First, which OS are you using? It definitely sounds like you have a virus. But...you say ou "installed a file", do you remember WHAT you installed? Knowing that will definitely help with a solution.
