| I purchased my Dell Computer about 6 or so years ago. I have had several problems with it and have taken it to shops to have it worked on. I can not get my dvds to work on my computer anymore. It will play CDs but not Dvds. If someone gives me a disk with photos as long as its a cd I can get it to open, but if its a dvd I cant. I am not sure what to do, and I am looking for advice. Any and all is appreciated. I am on Windows xp |
