Hi all, Recently I have a weird issue with our windows server 2003 standard edition (acting as terminal server, doman controller, dns, dhcp). Users never pass the log on or log off screens. I have to manually log them off using terminal service mangement console. Not only users log on remotely but when I log on or log off locally at the server, the same thing happens. I noticed mobsync.exe running, and if I end that one, the log off will terminate. In addition, sometimes, there are several programs that won't respond at log off. I don't know why user can not log on promptly, the subsystem process and winlogon process seems to do something very long in the background and users just sit there waiting to for the desktop to appear. When I log off that session, and user can log on again successfully. Please I really need help as I don't have a clue. I try to unchecked mobsync on startup list (msconfig) and also modify registry key under run to remove /logon option. However, at log off mobsync.exe still runs and I do not specify any offline files to be synchronized. ---------------------------------------------- anhdao
