Hi, I'm Dan, a new user. I have a middle-aged ThinkPad w/W2K professional on a home network. It h@ssuddenly lost the ability to connect to the network. During startup, when trying to restore network connections, I get the error message "Network path not found". After start-up is complete, if I go to My Computer and click on a shared drive that I should be able to access, I get the message "Not enough server storage is available to process this command." I've looked on MSFT's KB and some forums and found instructions to increase the value of the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters\IRPStackSize. I initially did not have that key but created it and gradually increased the value to the max supported value of 50. No luck. Does anyone have another suggestions? Thanks!

Good suggestion, but here's a bizarre postscript. . .the problem went away all by itself. ??? If it happens again I'll see if I can find a PC NIC card.
