Hi to all community, i'm not sure that's the right place for my question... so i hope i havent touched any m@ss destructive button and, if i wrong something, pls tell me where i can readdress my post. I'm a happy student that bought the new computer for playing some games: Pentium D 3 Ghz 2 Gb RAM ATI X1650 Pro 512 Unfortuantely things went wrong and i'm *really* desperate. Any games crashes randomly after 5-10 min: the game freezes and then goes in "sleep mode" so i have to reboot. I'm not expert about computer technology but i've tried different things: (re)install lastest catalyst driver (ver 7.3), done a ramtest with Memtest (no errors) and looks for any advice on system. The only i found is in the EventViewer: ATI2MTAG ID Event 49170 MODE: GXO Execute BIOS Table Error This error is followed by Advice: ATI2MTAG ID Event: 45063 CRT failed to execute AtomBios Of course i dont know what its saying [emote|:-)] Can anyone help me? It is an hardware error? How can i discover the "hot" component? Or is it a software error its only to download the "magic" driver? I really thanks you a lot, Ll.

Sounds like there's a problem with the ATi video driver. Cyeck to see if there's an updated driver on ATi's site. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, nVidia 5200; SB Live Value; Windows Vista Business, Photoshop CS2, Nikon D200 and D100
