| when I try to check my email at www.aim.com and mail.google.com it wont work but any other site works also no pages will load with any other browser other than IE I try to use other programs that access the internet but they dont work either (msn for example) help? |

| Most of the time the problem is that your virus software is interfering. If you have McAfee or Norton installed you should go into the settings and see what there cookie settings are. If that doesn't work try going into your internet explorer settings and restoring everything to default. |
