Yes you have to upgrade to XP Pro edition. Home edition is only for consumers, people that care about windows being easy to use and have multimedia. Professionals care more about a stable and secure. Winxp home has an incoming limit of 5 connections anyway, if more than 5 people try to access xp home itll give access is denied.

If you want to run a web server fork out the $$$$ and buy a real server. You're just cheap if you think you can run a web server on XP Home, it's not designed for that.
