i had the exact problem. Just got it fixed. You need to go onto MSN/Live Messenger and make the main window full screen so the menu appears at the top. Click on 'Tools', then click on 'Audio and Video Setup'. Go through this and problems solved.

[/QUOTE] right okay.. i had the exact same problem, the cam cuts off and a box pops up saying ''unable to run audio and video setup'' iv tried everything i can think of and stil no change! tried going on tools-audio/video setup but the same box just appears again[emote|:(] please helppppp!
