Yes - my computer is connected to the router via CAT 5. My wife's PC (upstairs) uses a Linksys wireless NIC (had to add an extended antenna due to the range) and the laptop is also wireless. FYI, this is what is known as a peer-to-peer network. WPA2 is enabled for security purposes.
