why would you want to restore your system restore points? Seems kinda pointless to me. system restore in windows me has many limitations. For instance if you install office, and put in the second cd, all the restore points are wiped out and you just have the office cd1. winme monitors everything you do and because of that the restore points could be easily removed. I say live and let die - make a new base restore point. Unfortantly you dont know if your base restore point is corrupt, and if its corrupt all the restore points after will be corrupt! I say just make a new baseline and start from scratch to avoid future issues.
