| Jennifer - Did you do an upgrade from Windows ME to Windows XP? FWIW, the best way (and what I'd suggest doing) is to back up all your data, reformat and do a clean install if Windows XP. Windows ME was plagued with problems, including driver issues. Doing an upgrade over it is just begging for trouble.
