| You have to use sysprep. Then clone the drive. MS has a couple of step by step guides on their websites on how to do this. Look under windows 2000 and then deployment. |

| No with Windows 2000 you have to use sysprep. If you are backing up you just want to ghost your machine to a usable state right? I guess you could ghost it but you aren't going to be able to boot from it. |
