A quick check of the MS Hardware Compatability list shows that both of these are not compatable with WinXP. Only with Win98 and WinNT.
Check with the mfgr for updated drivers. If they don't have them, or aren't providing them, the only choice is to replace the modem and soundcard with a compatible one. link: MS Hardware Compatability - http://www.microsoft.com/hcl/default.asp |
