First, couple of questions: 1. Are you connected to a network (peer to peer or a true client/server) or to the internet? 2. If just the internet, are you using dial up or DSL (if DSL, which provider, and...do they provide their own utility to log you in - if so, perhaps a recent MS security patch is the culprit). 3. Did you install some new software shortly before this issue started?.
