Only NTFS partitions show as mixed case. FAT16/FAT32 partitions always show in caps. You can convert the drive, assuming you have no reason to use FAT32 (i.e. other O/S's installed), by entering "convert c:\ /fs:ntfs" at a command prompt. If you are not running multiple operating systems you will get many benefits from NTFS.
