| Did the article i gave you work? Searching google.com on "error 711" and service, i find a lot of stuff. One thing i found was http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;q170029. Search google and try anything you find. Also try SFC /scannow, from a run box. Check the dependacies. -gosh |
