Also, If nothing else work first try going to your "System Properties" (Right Click on My Computer and go to properties) and removing your account using the Profiles tab (Make sure you are logged in as another user who is an admin). You could just have a corrupt user hive or something. Then log back into your account and it will create a new user hive for you. Also... THIS IS IMPORTANT everything in the documents and settings folder under your username (or any other you delete) will be gone... so pull any docs/mp3s/pr0n out of your My documents and stuff as well as your favorites, outlook.pst, outlook express mbx's and so on before deleting your profile.
