At best the other person would only be trackable down to their IP address. If they have a dynamic address, you could likely determine their ISP and perhaps get their name from thee ISP (assuming you were the FBI and had a warrent for it). If you had a static address, you still got that address from an ISP and would have the same problem.
I don't see a way for anyone to determine where you are just because you are using Mesenger. |
